-Returns from the Dead.-
EagerSo, here's the thing. I'll tell you the plot, and then ask you a few questions about what you would want to see in it, if you would want to read it at all.
So, basically, it's set in a an alternate universe where the stars and other celestial objects have spirits. On earth, these beings were revered as gods. The spirits existed in each celestial object: space clouds, stars, planets, asteroids, meteors, comets, etc. These spirits live in groups called galaxies. Of course, every good has to have an evil; in this case, it would be the Dark Matter. There are about three dark matter spirits for each celestial spirit. This is because, as the rule stands in our universe, the majority of the mass of galaxies are made up of dark matter. These beings were regarded by humans as demons and devils. There is a constant war going on between the star spirits and the dark matter.
The story starts with the spirit of the North Star, Aria, and her childhood friend, Orio [Pronounced Oh-Rai-Oh] playing around. With the proclamation 'I'm going to be Orio's wife someday!' Orio gives her a ring that matches his. [These play a significant role in the plot, as Aria infuses them with her power, seeing. These rings become a link for the two when they are separated.] There's a timeskip, to a day when the two are enjoying some rare free time together. They are in their late teens, and the promises they made as children are starting to take effect. Since Aria is an important star, the Dark Matter targeted her. They kidnapped her. The story from then is all about how Orio fights to get Aria back, with occasional peeks at Aria's situation. [As I stated earlier, Aria's power is seeing, which means she can limitedly look into the past or the future, or can observe anything across space. She usually watches the battles.]
I know, it's kind of complex, and I'm still in the planning stages, but here's what I want to ask you.
Would you want to see me start this series?
Would you want to see it in color or black and white? [Keep in mind that color takes longer.]
What would you name this series?
Should I have a contest for some minor characters?
